​MSC is run by Mark Seaman, former GB BMX Coach with 14 years of coaching BMX racing at all levels.

We offer regular coaching sessions throughout the country. For those who wish to take their training to another level, we offer various packages from monthly planners to race day support.

monthly plan

 Everything from track sessions to sprints, skills to strength and conditioning are included in this tailor made package. 

race day package

This package will help you to get more out of your race day, both on and off the bike. You will have full support throughout the day based in the MSC Team area.

euro jnr/elite plan

A more indepth monthly plan aimed at international level riders. This also includes regular Skype/Conference call

We have a number of coaching days throughout the country. Please check the calendar for our special events.

Ross Cullen
I worked with Mark from 2013 to 2016. I had a main goal of winning the World Championships again and retaining my title from 2012. In 2013 I crashed in the final. I was gutted, but Mark helped massively to get me back up to speed. Mark helped me go out to Zolder for the 2015 World Champs and win the world final again for the second time. I also finished 2nd Place in the 2016 World Championships in Columbia, Mark prepared me for both events not only physically, mentally too. The way he coaches is like no other, I don’t think you will find a better coach out there at the moment. I highly recommend Mark to anyone that wants some professional coaching .
